The deal
Ski Tools is a small operator-owned indie SaaS. By using any tool on this site, the Telegram bots, or our desktop apps, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use them.
What you're buying
- SkiProxy — a one-time $9.99 license bound to a single PC. Lifetime updates.
- SkiLocate — a $9.99 key valid for 3 months on a single PC. No auto-renew; buy a fresh key to continue past expiry.
- Web AI tools — pay-as-you-go credits from your Ski Tools wallet, billed per use.
- Free tools (TikTok / Instagram Saver) — free forever, no signup, no guarantees of uptime.
Refunds
- Paid desktop apps come with a 7-day no-questions refund. Email support if you want it.
- Wallet credits are non-refundable once spent. Unused credits never expire — keep them or request a refund within 30 days of top-up.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you do with the tools.
Do not use Ski Tools to:
- Create CSAM, fraud, or material targeting real individuals for harassment.
- Impersonate someone without their consent.
- Circumvent platform safety measures in ways that violate the laws of your country.
- Resell access, share keys, or rent your wallet to others.
Violations result in immediate license revocation, no refund.
Cracking, abuse, and chargebacks
Keys are hardware-bound. Tampering, key sharing, sniffing, or otherwise bypassing the license check voids your purchase and may result in legal action. Chargebacks initiated outside the refund window are treated as fraud.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We will fix bugs and ship updates, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, particular results, or fitness for any specific purpose. We are not liable for any damages that result from your use of the tools.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll bump the date at the top. Continuing to use the tools after a change means you accept the new terms.
